Amenities

Pools

There are 2 pools on ADI property that are open daily from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, one of which features zero-entry & mushroom fountain for small children. The upper pool is heated from February 1st through April 10th. All children under 12 must accompanied by an adult (18+).

All ADI owners & guests also have access to 5 of the pools on the Seascape property (see map here). The Tennis Village pool & the  Boardwalk pool are heated all year round. The triangle pool and the Tennis Village pool also offer kiddie pools.

For the access code and/or pool bands please contact the association (owners) or your rental company (guests). Pool bands are required at ALL pools.

Fitness Center

ADI offers a private indoor fitness center, open from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. The fitness center is only accessible to ADI owners, renters, and guests. An access code is required for entry, please contact  the association (owners) or your rental company (guests) to obtain the code. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

Golf Cart Rental

Beachfront Golf Cart Rentals is located within the Cabana Café located in the ADI building. Beachfront golf cart rental offers both 4 and 6 passenger, street legal gas golf carts.

Pickleball Courts

There are 3 Pickleball courts within the Seascape property (see map here). The courts are open for play year round from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, weather permitting. This amenity is free to use for all ADI owners, renters and guests, pools bands are required to be worn to verify access to seascape amenities.

Tennis Courts

Seascape offers 6 Rubico clay tennis courts located in the tennis village (see map here), managed by the Destin Tennis Club. The tennis courts are available to play year round for owners, renters, and guests on a paid hourly basis, or owners have membership pass options.

Basketball Courts

The basketball courts were transformed in 2020 into a multi-surface sport court, featuring 2 basketball hoops. The sports court is open daily from dawn to dusk and is free to use on a first come first serve basis. ADI wrist bands are required when utilizing the courts, The sports court is located on the west side of the property near the tennis courts. 

Fishing at Seascape

Fishing at Seascape is catch & release ONLY, and permitted only at the designated location. Quick-release hooks or barbless hooks are required as not to hurt / injure the fish or other wildlife. Please refer to the map below.

1. Stewart Lake
2. Only in the front of the condo buildings & on the boardwalk (see map here)
3. NOT permitted on the golf course around Stewart lake

Fishing is not allowed on any of the golf course lakes or ponds. The lakes on the property contain reclaimed water used for irrigation purposes, thus it is unhealthy to consume fish caught in these lakes.

Golf Course

Seascape offers a 18-hole golf course that wraps around the lakes at Seascape. Pricing for tee times often fluctuate impacted by weather, competition, local events, etc.

Beach

there is 2,00 Feet of wide open beautiful white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters is walking distance from every unit.

Seascape Beach offers many paid amenities including waterfront beach chairs & umbrella's through La Dolce Vita, paddleboards, kayaks, and jet skis. During the Summer season there is a Water Park in operation offering inflatable slides and floats.
Beach Volleyball

Beach volleyball court is located on the beach, to the right of the Whale's Tail Restaurant. The court is free to use on a first come first sever basis for ALL of seascapes owners, renters and visitors.
