WELCOME TO ARIEL DUNES I AT SEASCAPE

Below you will find some helpful information for your time here at Ariel Dunes I.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Touch base with your rental company or unit owner to confirm things like the check in process, check in/out times, how to gain entry to the unit and when you should receive any access code or key information. Ariel Dunes I is not a hotel, therefore there is no front desk for check-ins.

ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO ARRIVAL OR DEPATURE PROCEDURES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR THE UNIT OWNER IN WHICH YOU ARE RENTING FROM.

PARKING PASSES

Seascape requires vehicle passes for all cars parked on the property. To obtain a vehicle pass if one is not provided to you, you must go to the Seascape HOA office located at 11490 US Highway 98 W #300, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.

Display the Vehicle Pass

Vehicle passes should be hung from your rear view mirror or placed on the dashboard on the driver’s side. The front of the pass must be visible.

Avoid Being Ticketed

Short-term vehicle passes are valid for the duration of your stay with a maximum allowed duration of 30 consecutive days per short-term vehicle pass. Vehicle passes are single-use passes (one vehicle) and cannot be shared. Sharing of vehicle passes will result in a ticket being issued. As stated on the front of the vehicle passes, failure to accurately complete these fields will result in a $25.00 ticket. Other violations of Seascape HOA rules may result in additional fines.

Appealing a Ticket

To initiate an appeal to a ticket issued on your vehicle, email the Seascape HOA office at info@visitseascape.com. The HOA’s Fines & Appeals committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month to consider appeals to tickets issued in the prior month.

WRISTBANDS

Ariel Dunes I wristbands (correct color) are required to be worn when using all ADI and Seascape amenities. Wristbands are typically found inside the unit. If you are unable to locate ADI wristbands please contact the rental company or unit owner.
