A: Ariel Dunes I is not a hotel, all rental guests must contact their rental company for the check-in process for their individual unit. Typically the guest should have received an email with an access code to their unit from the rental company.
Q: Where do I buy a parking pass?
A: If not left in your unit by the rental company, guest can purchase a parking pass from the Seascape HOA office, located at 11490 US HWY 98 West Ste 300, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Their office is open daily from 9 Am - 5PM CST. Guest subject to fines without proper parking pass displayed or expired parking passes.
Q: Where do I receive/exchange pool towels?
A: Pool/beach towels are not provided by Ariel Dunes I and availability varies based on the rental company. If this service is provided for your stay please contact the rental company for further details.
Q: Where can I get the pool bands?
A: Pool bands should be provided by the rental company to guests, they are typically left in the unit prior to guest arrival. Guest under 12 are not required to wear a pool band but musty be accompanied by an adult wearing a band at all times while in the pool area. These bands also grant usage to various Seascape amenities throughout the property.
Owners you may purchase replacement/extra pool bands through the COA office.
Q: How do I get into the pool and the gym?
A: Access codes for the Ariel Dunes I amenities are provided by the rental companies for guest. If this information was not left in the unit or included in an email from your rental company please contact them to obtain these access codes.
Owners please contact the association office if assistance is required to obtain the codes.
Q: What is the Wi-Fi password? Who do I contact if I'm having connection issues with the Wi-Fi/Cable?
A: The Wi-Fi password is provided by the rental companies for guests and can be found within the unit on in the email that gives you your check-in and door code information, further questions should be directed to the rental company.

Q: How late are the amenities open?
