All Board Meeting Agendas are posted in the display case outside of the ADI lobby, as well as, posted to the owner's portal calendar at least 48 hours prior to all board meetings. The meeting agenda will also be sent out via email to all owners who have consented to electronic notices.
Board of Directors meetings are held on site in the Ariel Dunes 1 conference room unless otherwise noted on the agenda. You may also attend virtually via zoom.com, The Board invites & encourages all owners to attend and ask questions related or unrelated to the agenda items.
All Board meeting minutes, both draft & approved copies are available for owners to access via the owners portal.
