Get Involved at Ariel Dunes

Owner involvement and input is important to the Board of Directors. Owner involvement allows for the Board of Directors and Virtuous Management staff to become aware of minor issues that could possibly be overlooked in day to day operations. There are many opportunities for owners to become involved, if you are interested and would like more more information please reach out to the board of directors or the association office.

Committees are led by homeowners and have been established to encourage owner engagement. Ariel Dunes currently has four different committees established:

Fine Committee

Budget Committee

Building, Grounds, & Infrastructure Committee

Legal Advisory Committee

The committee members evaluate various aspects and work on projects to make recommendations to the board for final approval.
